Job Description
HR Business Partner
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company’s future, ensuring that our human resources initiatives and strategies are aligned with our business goals in the IT & Software Development sector. You will be instrumental in driving HR functional excellence, process improvement, and achieving recruitment targets. We are looking for a proactive, strategic professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is adept at managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
Skills and Experience
- Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues and act as an employee champion and change agent.
- Analyze trends and metrics within the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
- Drive the achievement of recruitment targets by developing and implementing strategies that attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner with a minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.
- Experience with HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- In-depth understanding of local employment law and familiarity with the wider legal framework for HR.
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical and goal-oriented, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of persuading and influencing key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
