CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager Customer Services to join our team. As an Manager Customer Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, facilitating communication and coordination between clients, project managers, and team leads. Your role will involve overseeing project progress, and proposing efficient solutions to ensure project completion. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
  • Interface with project managers and team leads to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Keep track of new and ongoing projects, collaborating closely with management and technical teams to ensure efficient project completion.
  • Propose innovative solutions to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain regular contact with both our internal teams and clients to prevent delays and ensure effective project management.
  • Foster and maintain positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Good knowledge of processes involved in Media Buying, Web Development, Graphic Designing, SEO, and Social Media Management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Process-driven and highly organized.

Additional Information:

Type: Full-Time

Shift time: 11AM to 8PM
