Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our team. As the Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will be driving force behind our talent acquisition efforts and playing a crucial role in sourcing top-tier talent to fuel our company’s growth. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR, you’ll develop innovative recruitment strategies, conduct targeted candidate searches, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
- Source candidates through various channels and conduct initial screenings.
- Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment support.
- Analyze recruitment data to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-4 of experience in talent acquisition preferably in an IT firm
- Proficiency in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
